Meet Georgia
Georgia grew up in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia on a horse farm built by George Washington’s first cousin, Warner Washington. She spends time every summer on the coast of Maine in a house that has been in the family since 1896. This is how her love for historic property began. In 1995, Georgia moved south to attend the College of Charleston, lured by the history and culture of this great city. After a few years working in sales and marketing for a historic plantation, Georgia realized that Real Estate was really where she belonged.
While Georgia specializes in historic properties in and around Charleston, her experience spans a wide range of home styles and locations throughout the area. She has successfully listed and sold high-end beachfront properties, waterfront resort homes, and residences ideal for first-time buyers. Alongside her husband, she has also purchased and renovated several homes, gaining firsthand insight into the renovation process. As an avid equestrian, Georgia brings valuable knowledge and a keen eye when assisting clients in the search for horse properties.
Georgia consistently ranks among the top three producers at the Charleston office of Daniel Ravenel Sotheby’s International Realty. Her exceptional performance has earned her the prestigious Platinum-level REALTOR® of Distinction® award from the Charleston Trident Association of REALTORS®—an honor reserved for the top 1% of sales-producing Real Estate Agents in the region.
On a national level, Georgia has also been named to RealTrends America’s Best Real Estate Professionals, placing her in the top 1.5% of more than 1.6 million agents across the United States since 2022.
Georgia is also very involved in the local Real Estate Agent association and the community. In 2010, she was appointed to the Charleston Trident Association of REALTORS® Grievance (Ethics) Committee, which is a highly selective process. In 2014, she became the Chair of the committee. In 2016, she joined the selection committee for the Association’s Board of Directors, and in 2017, she joined the Professional Standards committee. She has also done extensive work with the Charleston Wine + Food Festival and the Spirit of South Carolina, along with many other clubs and organizations.
Customers love Georgia’s ability to think outside the box. Combined with the extraordinary tools at her fingertips through Sotheby’s International Realty and her sharp attention to detail, this makes her an exceptional choice for all your real estate needs.
Georgia resides in Mount Pleasant with her husband, Brian, and their twins, Alexandra and Walker (and lab Phoebe).
